Order Processing and Shipping Update

The fulfilment centre and all carriers will be closed on Memorial Day, 31 May 2021.

As their operations are at limited capacity during the long weekend, there is no dispatch service from 28 - 31 May. Orders placed between 27 -  31 May will be processed and sent from 1 June onwards. Due to this, customers whose purchases fall within this period are advised to expect a slightly longer shipping time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

As delivery may be impacted in some regions in the US due to extreme winter conditions, customers are advised to expect shipping delays.

Shipping Options

Two shipping options are offered - Standard and Priority.

Standard shipping uses a distribution network that includes the local postal service.

Priority shipping will also involve the local postal service as the last mile carrier but will have an overall shorter delivery time compared to Standard shipping. As the average shipping time is 5 - 7 working days, please be aware that this is not an express service.

 

Regular Processing Time

We process your order for shipping in approximately 24 hours on weekdays after your order has been confirmed. Orders confirmed on Fridays are processed on the following Monday or next working day.

Orders that are still being processed have not been shipped.

 

Regular Shipping Times

Standard shipping

US: 7 – 10 working days*

Canada & Mexico: 10 - 16 working days*

Priority shipping

US: 5 – 7 working days*

Canada & Mexico: Priority shipping is not available
