Holiday closures for September - December 2023 and January 1st, 2024

Our US fulfillment center will be closed on these holidays: Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day 2024. Order fulfillment will be paused until the next non-holiday business day. Orders will be processed on a first-in-first-out basis and will take two business days to process before they are ready to ship.

For example, an order placed on September 1st will be ready for dispatch on the 6th, with an email confirmation containing the tracking number sent on the 7th.

For example, ordering on December 24th may result in fulfillment on December 27th and email confirmation tracking on December 28th.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Date of closure Date ordered Date of order fulfillment
September 4 September 1 - 3 From September 5 onwards
November 23 November 22 From November 24 onwards
December 25 December 22 - 24 From December 26 onwards

B2B orders: Starting on 1 November 2023 through 26 December 2023, we will require additional processing time to complete B2B orders. We recommend submitting your B2B orders as early as possible as the processing time will be extended by up to 2 business days to handle the increased volume.

Shipping Options

Two shipping options are offered - Standard and Priority.

The majority of orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in the US.

Standard shipping uses a distribution network that involves the local postal service.

Priority shipping uses a single carrier such as UPS or USPS, does not require a signature and offers a shorter transit time. However, like Standard shipping, the shipping time is not guaranteed. Please note that this is not the same service as USPS Priority Mail nor is it an express delivery.

We sometimes have to dispatch orders from our fulfillment center in Thailand when the products are exclusive to that location. In this case, Standard shipping will use a combination of Thai Post and, for the final delivery, the local postal service e.g. USPS and Canada Post. These orders will take an additional 5 - 8 working days of shipping time compared to the advised duration below.

DHL Express will be used in Priority shipping. These orders may take an additional working day of shipping time compared to the advised duration below.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 10 a.m. (Pacific Time) will be picked, packed and ready for dispatch on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. When available, the tracking to be emailed automatically within 24 hours after the orders are processed.

In exceptional cases, due to high demand or other reasons, order processing may take slightly longer. Please rest assured that we will make every effort to complete and dispatch your order promptly.

Processing times are longer during the festive season. Please refer to the holiday schedule advised above.

If you need your products in a hurry or have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us after having a read through the information on this page.

When your order is dispatched to the carrier, you will receive an automated email with a link to a tracking page.

We use a number of carriers such as DHL, UPS and USPS. Depending on the destination, first-mile carriers are usually DHL and UPS and last-mile carriers are the local delivery service providers like USPS, Canada Post, Intelcom, Correos de México and Estafeta.

Priority shipping may be handled by the same carrier from dispatch to delivery.

For orders that were fulfilled and shipped from Thailand, the shipping confirmation email will contain a link to the tracking page on AfterShip (for Standard shipping) or DHL (for Priority shipping).

First-mile and last-mile tracking numbers may be different. You can find both numbers on the tracking page available via the link in the automated email you received.

During the holidays, carriers will experience an increase in volume that can cause a delay in tracking scans and updates. We kindly ask that you allow up to 5 days for the next update to show up on the tracking page.
