10 November 2022 - Shipping disruptions in Florida 

Due to Tropical Storm Nicole, packages headed for Florida may be temporarily held at the fulfillment center or the carriers' hubs until weather conditions improve and carrier operations can safely resume.

Shop early to avoid shipping delays! We've added the peak season schedules below to help you plan ahead so that your order can arrive in time for the holidays.

23 - 28 November 2022: Orders with Standard Shipping selected will experience extended processing times before they are ready for pickup by the carrier.

B2B orders: Starting on 1 November 2022 through 26 December 2022, we will require additional processing time to complete B2B orders. We recommend submitting your B2B orders as early as possible as the processing time will be extended by up to 2 business days to handle the increased volume.

Shipping Options

Two shipping options are offered - Standard and Priority.

Standard shipping uses a distribution network that involves the local postal service.

Priority shipping uses a single carrier such as UPS or USPS, does not require a signature and offers a shorter transit time. However, like Standard shipping, the shipping time is not guaranteed. Please note that this is not the same service as USPS Priority Mail nor is it an express delivery.

 

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 10 a.m. (Pacific Time) will be picked, packed and ready for dispatch on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. When available, the tracking to be emailed automatically within 24 hours after the orders are processed.

In exceptional cases, due to high demand or other reasons, order processing may take slightly longer. Please rest assured that we will make every effort to complete and dispatch your order promptly.

Processing times are longer during the festive season. Please refer to the holiday schedule advised above. 

 

Regular Shipping Times

The time frames below do not include the time required to process the order before it is dispatched.

Standard shipping

US: 5 – 10 working days*

Canada & Mexico: 10 - 16 working days*

Priority shipping

US: 3 – 5 working days*

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, P.O. boxes, Canada & Mexico: Priority shipping is not available

*The actual delivery time is subject to change without notice. We are unable to offer guarantees on shipping times and your order may take longer to arrive for a variety of reasons outside our control. When carrier delays happen, shipping fees are not refunded. See our Refunds policy.

Customers can expect a longer delivery time during the holiday period.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched to the carrier, you will receive an automated email with a link to a tracking page.

We use a number of carriers such as DHL, UPS and USPS. Depending on the destination, first-mile carriers are usually DHL and UPS and last-mile carriers are the local delivery service providers like USPS, Canada Post, Intelcom, Correos de México and Estafeta. 

Priority shipping may be handled by the same carrier from dispatch to delivery.

To look up the tracking on the website of the last-mile carrier, you would need the tracking number. First-mile and last-mile tracking numbers may be different. You can find both numbers on the tracking page available via the link in the automated email you received.

During the holidays, carriers will experience an increase in volume that can cause a delay in tracking scans and updates. We kindly ask that you allow up to 5 days for the next update to show up on the tracking page.
