Shipping Options

Two shipping options are offered - Standard and Priority.

Standard shipping uses a distribution network that includes the local postal service.

Priority shipping will also involve the local postal service as the last mile carrier but will have an overall shorter delivery time compared to Standard shipping. As the average shipping time is 3 - 5 working days, please be aware that this is not USPS Priority Mail nor is it an express delivery.

Regular Processing Time

We require around 1 working day to process an order before it is ready for dispatch. If you place your order on a Friday, it will be processed on the following Monday and dispatched to the carrier on Tuesday.

Order date Estimated dispatch date
Order by 9 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time), Monday - Thursday Next working day
Order on Friday - Sunday Following Tuesday

If you need your products in a hurry or have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us after having a read through the information on this page.

When your order is dispatched to the carrier, you will receive an automated email with a link to a tracking page.

We use a number of carriers such as DHL, UPS and USPS. Depending on the destination, first-mile carriers are usually DHL and UPS and last-mile carriers are the local delivery service providers like USPS, Canada Post, Intelcom, Correos de México and Estafeta.

Priority shipping may be handled by the same carrier from dispatch to delivery.

To look up the tracking on the website of the last-mile carrier, you would need the tracking number. First-mile and last-mile tracking numbers may be different. You can find both numbers on the tracking page available via the link in the automated email you received.
