Shipping updates 

2 August 2022 - USPS office closures in KY-WV district 

We have received a report that a number of USPS offices in the KY-WV district are temporarily closed due to flooding. Deliveries in the affected areas will encounter delays. Please visit the USPS website for advice on self-collection and other information.

Shipping Options

Two shipping options are offered - Standard and Priority.

Standard shipping uses a distribution network that involves the local postal service.

Priority shipping is normally handled by the same carrier such as UPS and ships door-to-door. No signature is required and if nobody is home, the parcel will be left in the mailbox or in a safe spot. The average shipping time is 3 - 5 working days. Like Standard shipping, the shipping time is not guaranteed. Please note that this is not the same service as USPS Priority Mail nor is it an express delivery.

 

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 10 a.m. (Pacific Time) will be picked, packed and ready for dispatch on the same business day.

Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. When available, the tracking to be emailed automatically within 24 hours after the orders are processed.

In exceptional cases, due to high demand or other reasons, order processing may take slightly longer. Please rest assured that we will make every effort to complete and dispatch your order promptly.

 

Regular Shipping Times

The time frames below do not include the time required to process the order before it is dispatched.

Standard shipping

US: 5 – 10 working days*

Canada & Mexico: 10 - 16 working days*

Priority shipping

US: 3 – 5 working days*

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, P.O. boxes, Canada & Mexico: Priority shipping is not available

*The actual delivery time is subject to change without notice. We are unable to offer guarantees on shipping times and your order may take longer to arrive for a variety of reasons outside our control. 

Customers can expect a longer delivery time during the holiday season.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched to the carrier, you will receive an automated email with a link to a tracking page.

We use a number of carriers such as DHL, UPS and USPS. Depending on the destination, first-mile carriers are usually DHL and UPS and last-mile carriers are the local delivery service providers like USPS, Canada Post, Intelcom, Correos de México and Estafeta. 

Priority shipping may be handled by the same carrier from dispatch to delivery.

To look up the tracking on the website of the last-mile carrier, you would need the tracking number. First-mile and last-mile tracking numbers may be different. You can find both numbers on the tracking page available via the link in the automated email you received.
